Episodes to return for third series
Matt LeBlanc comedy 'Episodes' is to return for a third series, it has been confirmed
'Episodes' is to return for a third series.
The sitcom - which stars former 'Friends' actor Matt LeBlanc - has been commissioned for a nine-episode run to be aired in 2013, and is set to enter production in Los Angeles and London next year.
The BBC will show it in the UK, while Showtime will air it in America.
Episodes features British stars Stephen Mangan and Tamsin Greig as a married couple who work together as writers and go over to the States for a US version of their British show, which stars a very diva-like Matt.
Matt - who shot to fame play Joey Tribbiani in 'Friends' - recently revealed he is a big fan of British comedy.
He said: "It's a little more intelligent and a little more subtle, British comedy, but I don't think there's a huge difference between the UK and the US. I know that is kind of what Episodes is based around, but I always think funny is funny.'
He also described co-star Tamsin, who he has a fling with in the show, as "surprisingly sexy".
He added: "I just want to hang around her. I find her so interesting as a person. As an actor, as a mum. She's just a fascinating human being - I really, really care for her."
