Julian Clary has won 'Celebrity Big Brother'.

The comedian beat Coleen Nolan to second place in tonight's (07.09.12) live final to be crowned king of the Channel 5 reality show.

As Coleen left, he asked her to tell producers to cancel the firework display which accompanies the winner's exit, as he doesn't like them.

After he left the house, Julian told show host Brian Dowling: "I've never won anything in my life. It was more emotional than I thought. I'm a complete wreck."

He later added that those who voted him winner had "made a 53-year-old homosexual very happy."

Switching to humour, Julian added: "It's a strange feeling when you're about to be imminently ejaculated from the house. You don't realise until you come here that your feelings are manipulated by Big Brother."

The star was then shown a montage of his best moments in the house, and said his best friend had been 'Coronation Street' actress Julie Goodyear, who was voted out on Wednesday (05.09.12).

Of Julie he said: "She was constantly entertaining me and making me laugh.

"I was a bit lost when she went and there was no one to camp around with."

Tonight's live show saw the last six housemates leave - after 23 days together - in reverse order of popularity, with MC Harvey in sixth place, Ashley McKenzie in fifth, Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino coming fourth, Martin Kemp in third and Coleen second.
