Geri Halliwell will make a cameo in 'Singing in the Rain' for BBC's Children in Need.
The Spice Girls singer has signed up for POP Goes the Musical, the second year of the charity project which challenges well known celebrities to tread the West End boards and perform a hit song from a show in the run up to the Children in Need Appeal Night on Friday November 16.
Geri said: "I have a thing for rain, so I am very excited to be performing in the West End musical Singin' in the Rain and it's all for BBC's Children in Need. Just imagine for one night I get to perform in this classic musical!!"
Other celebrities to sign up include boy band Blue, Alexandra Burke and Macy Gray
Alexandra said: "I'm so excited to be part of BBC Children In Need this year. It's an amazing cause and helps so many people. I was absolutely blown away by 'Les Miserables' when I saw the show and to join the cast of one of the West End's most famous musicals is a real honour."
Blue added: "We are so excited to join BBC Children in Need POP Goes the Musical. Blue will be turning Red for Children in Need when we put on the famous 'JERSEY BOYS' Red Jackets for this one off performance. It is an amazing chance and for such a great cause!"
