Rihanna wants to discover the new Vivienne Westwood or Alexander McQueen on Sky Living series 'Styled To Rock'.

The 'We Found Love' singer revealed she has high hopes for the British talent which will feature in her new show and is confident she can find someone who will become a world renowned designer.

She told The Sun newspaper: "We're hoping to find the next superstar designer to dress superstars.

"What I'm really looking to find is the next innovative young designer, someone like Vivienne Westwood or Alexander McQueen.

"These designers are actually the fashion kids on the street who don't have the opportunity to get to the next step.

"The fashion kids always do something new, always do something innovative and that's what this competition is all about, and that's why I came to London. I really wanted to do this show because I love discovering new designers and finding things that are fresh and trendsetting."

However, Rihanna admitted it will take someone special to win the show and a chance to create an outfit for her to wear at Wireless Festival in London next year.

She added: "To be the winning designer, it's going to take a lot of guts. It's going to take a lot of confidence. It's also going to take a lot of skill, and collaboration with the various clients.

"They're going to have to be able to work with all types of artists with all types of style and still not lose themselves as designers.

"And then ultimately the final challenge of the show is to create an outfit for me for my Wireless Festival performance.

"So that's what it's really going to take to win the show."
