'Coronation Street' character Steve McDonald is "terrified" when he becomes involved in a love triangle with Tracy Barlow and Michelle Connor.
'Coronation Street's Steve McDonald is left "terrified" when he gets involved in a love triangle.
The character, played by Simon Gregson, will tell his estranged wife Tracy Barlow (Kate Ford) he still has feelings for her when he thinks she is going to die, but becomes panicked when she begins planning their life together when he still wants to be with Michelle Connor (Kym Marsh).
He told Soaplife magazine: "Michelle tells him to go and sort it with Tracy. He goes to the hospital but Tracy immediately starts discussing where she and Steve might live and how happy they'll be.
"He's stuck between two women which is when Steve is terrified. I'd tell him to man up, sort out Tracy big time and get out."
Tracy is to face a number of problems in forthcoming episodes, including being made homeless after Emily Bishop kicks her out when she fails to turn up to a job the elderly character sorts out for her.
A source said: "Emily is furious. She has put a roof over Tracy's head but she's bone idle."
