Britain's Got Talent winner Pudsey will make his movie debut as a superhero.
The talented dog - who won the show with his owner Ashleigh Butler after they wowed audiences with their dancing act - will appear in an action film with the working title 'Superdog.'
The role will see him have a double life as a pet in the day and a superhero by night.
A source told The Daily Star: "It's an action film so he will be able to show off his nifty moves."
Pudsey and Ashleigh have been enjoying an American promotional tour and in the past the 17-year-old owner has said her dream would be for her loveable pooch to be as successful as movie star dog, Lassie.
She said: "I think we've been lucky with our timing. Uggie, the dog who was in 'The Artist' is retiring, so there´s possibly a gap in the market, and if Pudsey broke into films it would be amazing. My dream would be for him to be as big as Lassie."
The pair are already worth £1 million and since their win in May they have signed a £350,000 deal for an autobiography and Pudsey is even being lined up as a judge on new show, 'Top Dog Model' which is to be aired on ITV2.
