Axed X Factor consultant manages show favourites
Chris Herbert - who was recently axed as a consultant on 'The X Factor' following his alleged involvement in the distribution of Tulisa Contostavlos' sex tape - manages one of the acts who is being tipped to win the show
A consultant fired from 'The X Factor' manages one of the acts tipped to win the show.
Boy band JukeBoxx wowed the crowds at the recent Manchester auditions but judge Tulisa Contostavlos is expected to be furious to learn that their career is overseen by Chris Edwards, who was recently dropped from his role on the programme because of his alleged involvement in the distribution of her sex tape.
A source said: "The news JukeBoxx are managed by Chris will mortify Tulisa, who is furious with him."
However, insiders insist the news won't affect how the 'Young' hitmaker - who has launched legal action against Chris and several other men over their alleged attempts to cash in on the raunchy film - treats the band.
Another source told The Sun newspaper: "It is fair to say there is no love lost between Tulisa and Chris. She won't be happy at the news e still has involvement with the show.
"But she is a pro and won't allow this news to cloud her judgement."
Fans who watched JukeBoxx audition for the show hailed them as the "stand-out act" of the day.
One audience member said: "Everyone was impressed, the crowd were on their feet. They sang original songs and had great choreography. They could win this."
Another added: "They were the stand-out act."
