Former 'X Factor' favourite Jade Richards has auditioned for the show again - a year after she got given the axe at Judges' Houses.
The Scottish singer - who failed to get through to the live shows last year after mentor Kelly Rowland decided to get rid of her - has decided to try again and hopes this time she can make it to the final stages.
As well as Jade, Carolynne Poole, Joe Cox, Melanie McCabe and Sian Phillips have all decided to try their luck once more, despite being given the boot last year.
A show source told The Sun newspaper: "There are a lot of familiar faces but they all deserve to be here. Everyone will be thrilled to see Jade back. If she makes it to the live shows she'll have loads of support.
"It would be silly to say no to such talent just because they've been on before, even if it does run the risk of being a bit repetitive. The known acts aren't getting any special treatment but if they impress they will go through to Judges' Houses again."
Former winner Alexandra Burke won on her second attempt, in 2008, after her first try failed in 2005, when she was sent home by Louis.
The source added: "Alexandra is living proof you can be second time lucky on 'The X Factor'."
