'Big Brother' is at the centre of another race row after housemates mocked Indian beauty queen Deana Uppal.
Bosses of the Channel 5 reality show are said to be bracing themselves for an Ofcom investigation after Scott Mason, Becky Hannon, Ashleigh Hughes and Conor McIntyre apparently poked fun at how Deana eats and said it was because she was Indian.
The foursome were discussing Deana and Ashleigh said: "I noticed she was eating cereal with her hands so I said to her, 'Do you need a spoon?'
Scott then said: "My dad owned an Indian takeaway and they used to eat everything with their hands. It's the culture."
Scott was then called into the Diary Room and given an official warning by producers.
Big Brother told him: "Big Brother believes that your use of language could be seen as stereotyping and therefore potentially offensive. If you use this type of language again, we may have to consider removing you from the house."
Scott replied: "I'm sorry for getting carried away."
The incident was similar to the race row involving Shilpa Shetty, Danielle Lloyd, Jo O'Meara and the late Jade Goody in 2007's 'Celebrity Big Brother'.
The girls were accused of racially bullying Shilpa, who eventually went on to win the show.
