Tinchy Stryder feels his new music is "reinventing" himself.

The 'Never Leave You' hitmaker is enjoying making new material for his forthcoming album, 'Full Tank', but he admits he would rather not do any "album fillers" because he believes all his songs have to "come from the heart".

He said: "I feel reinvented. It feels so fresh. Even though I love everything I've done before - 'Spaceship', 'Bright Lights', 'Off the Record' - everything now feels like something brand new.

"Even if it comes to a stage where I put a few singles and tracks together, I don't really like doing album fillers. I feel like everything has to come from the heart."

While Tinchy hasn't released an album since 'Third Strike' in November 2010, the 25-year-old rapper is adamant he doesn't want to "rush" the release of his forthcoming record.

In an interview with Digital Spy, he added: "I've got a new single coming out in mid-August called 'Help Me'. It feels fresh and exciting. With the album I don't want to rush it, I've put a few singles out and the gap's getting quite big. I might put a few singles together and let them have a little package or something. I've got a lot of album material."
