Rizzle Kicks want to collaborate with Damon Albarn.

The 'Mama Do The Hump' duo - Jordan Stephens and Harley Alexander-Sule - are huge Blur fans and asked frontman Damon if they could pen a track with him when they were invited to the band's secret London rooftop gig on Monday (02.06.12).

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Rizzle Kicks are Blur fans and asked Damon if they can come back and work with him sometime. He seemed up for it."

The boys were the only celebrities invited to the private concert at the band's studio because Damon and his bandmate Alex James' children are big fans of the hip-hop stars.

The insider added: "Damon's daughter Missy and Alex's son Geronimo were both more interested in Rizzle Kicks than Blur.

"They got autographs and photos with the lads as their dads sound-checked with the band."

Blur unveiled two new tracks at the secret show, 'Under the Westway' and 'The Puritan'.

Rizzle Kicks told BANG Showbiz earlier this year that Damon - who is also in Gorillaz and The Good, the Bad and the Queen - is their "idol" and they feel they have a connection with him.

Harley said: "Gorillaz are a big inspiration for us. We love what Damon Albarn has done with them and the way that they've stuck around for so long."

"He's an idol. We've kind of got a connection with him as we worked with his cousin on our album."

BRIT School graduates Rizzle Kicks have been having their own go at the charts, following in the footsteps of their classmates Adele and Leona Lewis. The pair offer 80s-inspired, 'flower power' hip hop in support of their 2011 debut album, Stereo Typical.
