Reggie Yates hates X Factor comparisons

'The Voice' presenter Reggie Yates is annoyed by comparisons with 'The X Factor'.
Reggie - who co-hosts the BBC One show with Holly Willoughby - thinks it is unfair to compare the two pop star search shows because 'X Factor' has been airing for nine years so has a wealth of experience to draw from.
He told The Sun newspaper: "To compare us to 'The X Factor', which has been on for nine years just feels unfair. We'd just started and if you rule out all the comparisons and look at what we did then I think you'd see we did a bloody good job first time around."
However, despite his belief that the programme can only get better, Reggie doesn't know if he will return next year.
He said: "None of us know yet if we'll be back on 'The Voice', I'm sure there are lots of conversations happening at the BBC. But with these big entertainment shows, everyone finds out at the last minute.
"I'm waiting, much like everyone else. I want to be back, if it happens, I'd be chuffed to be back because it is so much fun to work on."
Reggie also revealed Sir Tom Jones is his favourite of the four coaches - which also include Jessie J, will.i.am and Danny O'Donoghue - because he is the "coolest man alive".
He said: "Sir Tom Jones was my favourite judge. He's the coolest man alive, I'm just happy to be his friend."
