BGT's Pudsey signs 100k biography deal
'Britain's Got Talent' winner Pudsey has signed a £100,000 biography deal which will reveal his life story before finding fame.
'Britain's Got Talent' winner Pudsey has signed a £100,000 biography deal.
The pooch - who along with his owner Ashleigh Butler wowed the judges and viewers of the ITV1 talent show to take the top prize - will release the tome through Orion Books and it is expected to be a huge seller.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Pudsey's story will be a fascinating read.
"You might laugh but this book will sell. We're getting a ghost writer as obviously Pudsey can't write a book himself - let alone speak English. The plan is to get it out for Christmas and make it a must have coffee table book."
Show boss Simon Cowell is also said to be planning to take Pudsey to Hollywood to turn him into the new Lassie.
Ashleigh recently splashed out some of her and Pudsey's £500,000 'Britain's Got Talent' winnings on an 8ft brick wall, complete security cameras and lights, around their family home in Northamptonshire to keep out potential dognappers.
The 17-year-old brunette is paranoid that somebody might try to pinch her pooch after 15 million viewers saw the pair triumph on 'Britain's Got Talent'.
A source said: "A pile of bricks and mortar is probably not what most people would spend some of their half a million quid on, but for Ashleigh it's essential.
"Pudsey is Britain's most recognisable dog and a real temptation for dognappers.
"So they've booked a firm to come round, rip down the old wooden fence and install a proper brick wall."
