Becky Hannon wins Big Brother immunity
'Big Brother' housemate Becky Hannon has won immunity from eviction after completing a secret task.
'Big Brother' housemate Becky Hannon has won immunity from eviction.
The wildcard entrant - who arrived in the house following Victoria Eisermann's exit on Friday (08.06.12) - was given the challenge of getting at least one of her housemates to choose her as their favourite contestant.
While each competitor named their preferred person, Becky stood up and announced Deana Uppal as hers.
This in turn led the reigning Miss India UK to pick Becky.
Becky is now 6/1 joint favourite to win the reality TV show with chef Luke Anderson. Meanwhile, Shievonne Robinson and Adam Kelly, who received a number of votes between them, have had their odds to win the show cut to 7/1 and 8/1 respectively.
However, Deana was upset at the duplicity, telling Shievonne: "It makes me feel stupid, all the times I've been spending with her in the past few days, she was on a task. I was the weak one.
"I've been with her the most, I was in the Diary Room saying how good Becky was. Maybe if she didn't have a task, we wouldn't be friends."
Becky tried to console Deana, saying: "I promise it was everything I was against, I hated the task. It's not a fake friendship, I think you're such a lovely girl. I've been telling the Diary Room that."
