'Geordie Shore's Ricci Guarnaccio has proposed to co-star Vicky Pattison.
The pair - who met when Ricci joined the second season of the MTV reality TV show - got engaged while filming the third series of the show in Cancun, Mexico and Ricci, 25, has vowed to leave his playboy past behind him.
He said: "When I came into the 'Geordie Shore' house I had been single for a long time and certainly didn't expect to fall in love - but that's what happened. I couldn't be happier with Vicky and know I want to spend the rest of my life with her."
Vicky, 24 - who dumped her boyfriend Dan Matthews for Ricci - added: "I'm so excited to be engaged to Ricci. He's an amazing person and I knew that as soon as he walked through the door and into the house, there was an instant connection between us. I'm very lucky to have found him."
However, Vicky didn't always have such kind words for her new fiance, previously labelling him a
a "f***ing b***end".
Vicky - whose on-off relationship with co-star Jay Gardiner was one of the central storylines of the first series of the programme - previously claimed she only flirted with Ricci because she was "drunk".
She said: "Ricci's alright, but he's a bit of a f***ing b***end. Obviously as it's a reality show, so sometimes when we're filming we do get drunk and we're not going to know what's going on air.
"So when it comes to mine and his relationship, it probably makes me look like a t****r. And that's not necessarily fair."
'Geordie Shore: Chaos in Cancun' starts on Tuesday June 26 at 10pm on MTV.
