Jessie J could be axed from 'The Voice' after allegedly snubbing BBC One controller, Danny Cohen, when he came to congratulate her outside her dressing room

Jessie J could be axed from 'The Voice' after allegedly snubbing the BBC One controller.

The 'Domino' singer - who is one of the coaches on the singing show - reportedly refused to speak to Danny Cohen when he came to congratulate her and left him standing outside her dressing room.

Now sources claim the alleged snub could cost her her job as staff are growing increasingly annoyed with her "diva" behaviour.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Jessie is getting far too big for her boots. Nobody can believe what an impossible diva she has become. It was extraordinary, Danny is the most senior man at BBC One and 'The Voice' is his baby.

"He's the man who flew over to Holland personally to sign a huge deal and buy the show, and he's invested an enormous amount of his own time and energy in the format because he knows a lot rides on it.

"More importantly he was the man who gave Jessie J a job and turned her into a household name, so nobody could believe it when she left him standing outside in the corridor like a lemon.

"It was made clear that she was too busy to see him. It's not a smart move to do that to the man who makes the big decisions. Everybody else at the studio was bending over backwards to be nice to Danny, but Jessie didn't seem to care who he was."

Danny has the final say on whether Jessie, 24, returns for a second series of 'The Voice' but insiders have recently hinted her time may already be up.

One said: "Most staff avoid having to speak to her directly because she can be hard work. She's very demanding, and always arrives with an entourage of managers and assistants, and has been late arriving to rehearsals and filming sessions."

The BBC insists Danny has a good relationship with Jessie and the other coaches, Sir Tom Jones, and Danny O'Donoghue.
