Azhar Siddique does not think he learnt any new skills during his time on 'The Apprentice'

Azhar Siddique doesn't think he learnt anything on 'The Apprentice'.

The candidate - who was fired by Lord Sugar after failing to impress on the wholesale buying task last night (02.05.12) - believes his background in the catering and refrigeration industry means he knew all he was ever going to learn about business before he went into the show and did not gain any new knowledge.

He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "In terms of any new business skills, I don't think I have learnt anything new to be honest. When you have a business yourself or a number of businesses you pretty much learn the hard way. You're just re-tapping on things on things you have done in the past."

Azhar, who Karren Brady claims "huffed and puffed" his way through his last challenge, believe he and Lord Sugar had a "clash of personalities" which was the real reason he got fired.

He added: "I don't think we spent much time with him. I don't think we saw eye to eye. That's probably one of the reasons I got fired as well. There was a clash of personalities. I'm not sure why, it could be anything. Lord Sugar is looking for a business partner.

"I have far too much integrity to say things which are untrue and maybe Lord Sugar saw I wasn't willing to over-step that mark. That's probably the real reason I got fired."
