Amanda Holden: Me and Alesha get on well
Amanda Holden insists there's no rivalry between her and her fellow 'Britain's Got Talent' judge Alesha Dixon
Amanda Holden insists there's no rivalry between her and Alesha Dixon.
The TV presenter gets upset at reports claiming the two female 'Britain's Got talent' judges don't get on as she says it couldn't be further from the truth.
She said: "It's a real shame. This industry is tough for women - we need to be comrades. I hate all that pitting people against each other stuff."
Alesha - who joined the panel this year after quitting 'Strictly Come Dancing' - also said they get on well and Amanda had been given her advice.
She said: "Amanda has been supporting me. I was asking her advice - there is no training on this job. You just turn up.I was going back after each show and asking Amanda's advice."
She also said she was pleased she was on 'BGT' rather than 'The X Factor' as there's too much competition.
Alesha - who is also joined on the panel by Simon Cowell and David Walliams - said: "I love the fact the judges are a team and not competing with each other.
"On 'The X Factor' the girls are competing with each other, but on 'BGT' we're comrades.
"We all get on. On 'The X Factor' it is a frosty panel, this one is normal."
