The Wanted shocked by US success
The Wanted have admitted they are still in shock at their success in the US
The Wanted are in shock at their US success.
The group's single 'Glad You Came' reached number four on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart and Jay McGuinness can't believe the bands luck.
He said: "None of our American success has sunk in yet. It feels like we're on some reality TV show, where someone is about to pull the plug and wake us up, saying it's all been a joke."
Meanwhile Nathan Skykes revealed the band - which also features Siva Kaneswaran, Tom Parker and Max George - are working on a more "aggressive" sound for their new album.
He said: "We've been working on a bunch of new tracks - I've got loads on my laptop. One is very aggressive."
The Wanted have become so successful in American that they are even in talks to make the transition from music to movies with an appearance in the 'Entourage' movie after hitting it off with executive producer Mark Wahlberg when they met him recently in Barbados.
A source said: "The boys got on like a house on first with Mark when they met him at Sandy Lane resort and they've kept in touch. Mark is a big fan and wants them to star in the film in some capacity.
"The Wanted are hot right now and Mark is right to want to capitalist on that."
