Lacey Turner and Hannah Tointon are to join forces for a bewitching new drama.
The former 'EastEnders' actress and the 'Inbetweeners' star will be joined by Nina Toussaint-White and Phoebe Fox in ITV2's 'Switch', a series which documents the trials and tribulations of four twentysomethings living in London's Camden Town - who just so happen to be witches.
With the foursome's alter-egos Stella, Hannah, Jude and Grace having to hide their secret behind the curtains of their home, they will have to balance living a normal, modern life with fulfilling their mothers' wishes for them to live as traditional witches.
What's more, they will have to battle against their dark rivals, the Witches of Kensington - Alexa, India, Romola and Remy - as they set their sights on making life hell for the Witches of Camden.
Penned by Chloe Moss - script editor of 'Secret Diary of a Call Girl' and 'Prisoner's Wives' - and EastEnders' Tim Price, the six-part series will hit screens later this year.
Laura Mackie, drama commissioner for ITV, said: "'Switch' is a contemporary series about friendship with a spell-binding twist. Chloe and Tim have created four fun-loving, free-spirited characters and we're delighted with the direction the series takes."
Rob Pursey, executive producer of 'Switch', added: "We're delighted to be working with ITV2 and with Tim and Chloe to create this really exciting new series.
"'Switch' is an upbeat, funny drama about four young witches trying to make their way in the big city. They want to live a modern life, not one based on their mothers' old-fashioned rituals. But modern life presents serious problems, and our girls can't help casting the occasional spell to try to sort things out."
