Konnie Huq has become a mother for the first time.
The former 'Xtra Factor' host and her husband Charlie Brooker - the creator of controversial Channel 4 satirical drama 'Black Mirror' - welcomed a baby boy into the world on Friday (23.03.12) and both mother and son are doing well.
The couple have named the tot - who weighed 6lb 2oz - Covey Brooker Huq.
Konnie said: "Covey's a real cutie. He's absolutely gorgeous. We are chuffed to bits."
Konnie - who also presented children's show 'Blue Peter' for 11 years - has always wanted a family and admitted she was "a bit annoyed" when she was offered the 'Xtra Factor' hosting role in 2010 as it meant she had to put her baby plans on hold.
She said: "I was a bit annoyed really because I was getting ready to settle down and have babies."
The 36-year-old presenter - who tied the knot with Charlie in Las Vegas in 2010 - was axed from the ITV2 'X Factor' spin-off series after failing to impress viewers, and was later replaced by Caroline Flack and Olly Murs.
