Mark Wright has landed a five-episode ITV2 show chronicling his attempts to crack America called 'Mar's American Vacation'.

The former 'Only Way Is Essex' star is trying to break into the Hollywood movie industry and ITV2 plan to screen his Stateside exploits in a programme with the working title 'Mark's American Vacation'.
According to respected trade publication Broadcast, the show - which will air as five 60 minute episodes over the summer - is billed as a cross between HBO drama 'Entourage' and Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie's former reality show 'The Simple Life'.
Lime Pictures - who also produce 'TOWIE' - will be making the show.
Mark is due to fly out to Los Angeles next month for six weeks after recently signing a deal with Piers Morgan's and Ryan Seacrest's agent.
He wrote on twitter recently: 'On the way 2 the west end 4 a nice bit of dinner with my management@roarglobal 2 talk and I suppose celebrate for my exciting news 4 2012 x

The 'Take Me Out: The Gossip' presenter has previously revealed his ambitious film star plans, claiming he wants to be the next James Bond.
He said: 'My grandad told me before he died that if you don't reach for the stars you won't get there. I want to be James Bond one day. Nothing fazes me. I want to be a massive Hollywood actor.'
