Cheryl Cole to appear on The Voice
Former 'X Factor' judge cheryl Cole is reportedly planning to assist her friend will.i.am on 'The Voice'
Cheryl Cole is to appear on 'The Voice'.
The former 'X Factor' judge is expected to help friend and manager will.i.am mentor his contestants on the upcoming BBC One talent show, but series bosses would also be happy for her to perform on the programme.
will said: "It depends on whether she would like to do it."
A BBC insider added to the Daily Star newspaper: "We'd welcome her to appear as a guest mentor or a singer.
"will is a very charismatic man and can be very persuasive, so undoubtedly he is going to pull some strings."
Cheryl left the UK version of 'The X Factor' to be a judge of the US show but was sacked after just four days of auditions.
Now insiders predict her appearance on the rival show will infuriate her former friend Simon Cowell.
A source said: "Simon will not be happy. He believes they have unfinished business."
Another insider added: "This is perfect revenge for Cheryl. Because it's the BBC, people have been told not to gloat. However, there's no doubt it's a real coup.
"It's not about outdoing Cowell, it's about being our own show in our own right."
'The Voice' will broadcast head-to-head with Simon's other show 'Britain's Got Talent' on March 24.
