'The Apprentice' will feature a professional wrestler, a shark diver and a beauty salon owner in its upcoming eighth series.
With the 16 candidates hailing from a variety of different disciplines varying from technology, architecture and wealth management, the wannabe business tycoons will once again face the wrath of Lord Alan Sugar as they battle for boardroom supremacy.
However, the multi-millionaire technology mogul admitted he's "not interested" in listening to sob stories like 'X Factor' boss Simon Cowell.
Lord Sugar told BANG Showbiz: "They tell me these things for sympathy. You feel like you're Simon Cowell when you're sitting there, 'My mum did this and my dad that. My mum used to whack me and my dad used to laugh. It's not fair'.
"I think, 'B****y hell, get on with it'. I'm not interested."
Once again, Lord Sugar - assisted by his trusted advisors Nick Hewer and Karren Brady - will be offering a £250,000 investment to the entrepreneurial hopeful who fares the best in the 12-week boardroom battle and has the top original business idea.
He tells the hopefuls: "This is not about a job anymore and I'm not looking for a friend, if I wanted a friend I'd get a dog. I'm looking for a partner, the 'Marks' to my 'Spencer', the 'Lennon' to my 'McCartney'.
"This is about me investing £250,000 into a business with one of you and I'm expecting you, as the so-called entrepreneurs, to make the money for me."
The first episode of season eight of 'The Apprentice' - which launches on March 21 on BBC One at 9pm - will see the boys battle it out against the girls as they start up their own print businesses with just £500 of bare materials.
