Alesha Dixon is inspired by her fellow 'Britain's Got Talent' judge Amanda Holden.
The 33-year-old singer - who quit her role on the judging panel of 'Strictly Come Dancing' in favour of the ITV1 talent show - says she has a lot of respect for mother-of-two Amanda as she's good at her job as well as being very welcoming.
Alesha - who is also joined on the panel by Simon Cowell and David Walliams - said: "I love her, Amanda's one of the strongest women I've met in my life, she's amazing. She bounced back just brilliantly. She's looking amazing, she's witty, she's funny, she's really looked after me as well actually. And she said to me that she's a girl's girl, and so am I, and it's refreshing because you know how the media try to pit you against each other - and actually we've got on so well. And David and Simon often gang up on us, so we're sort of like the girls together, which is really nice."
Alesha says she's enjoying every minute of being a 'BGT' judge as it's such a fun show to work on.
She told morning TV show 'Lorraine': "I love it, I absolutely love it. It's probably the maddest thing I've done in my life, it's just so much fun. I laugh a lot, I've never laughed so much as I do on this show. It's fantastic."
