TOWIE's Joey and Ricky visited by police
The Only Way Is Essex's Joey Essex and Ricky Rayment have been warned by police over their on-screen brawl on last weekend's show
The Only Way Is Essex's Joey Essex and Ricky Rayment have been warned by police over their on-screen brawl.
The duo came to blows at Lauren Goodger's salon launch - which was screened on the ITV2 reality show on Sunday (26.02.12) - and despite having now put their differences aside, the pair were visited by an officer earlier this week who warned them about their future conduct.
A police spokesperson said: "The officer gave words of advice to them about their behaviour in regards to the fracas and their conduct.
"The officer had viewed the footage and decided that was the best course of action."
However, the matter will not be taken any further.
A 'TOWIE' spokesperson added to The Sun newspaper: "Both Joey and Ricky have been informally warned about their conduct following the incident but the matter has not been taken any further."
Ricky and Joey - who clashed when they were accused of bitching behind each other's backs - were seen making up on the series four season finale on Wednesday (29.02.12), and have put the violent spat behind them.
An insider said: "No punches were thrown in the melee and the two boys have since made up. There are no hard feelings between them and the matter is now closed as far as the show is concerned."
However, the same cannot be said for 'TOWIE' stars Lauren Goodger and Jessica Wright, who added further fuel to their previous off-screen argument during the final episode after becoming involved in a massive argument at Mario Falcone's birthday party, which left Jess in tears.
