Michael Jackson's daughter claims he didn't sing tracks
Paris Jackson reportedly told friends Michael Jackson did not feature on his final album and his vocals were recorded by sound-alike Jason Malachi.
Paris Jackson reportedly told friends Michael Jackson did not feature on his final album.
The 13-year-old actress insists her late father's vocals were impersonated on the tracks for 'Michael' - which was released in December 2010, 18 months after his death from acute Propofol intoxication - during an online video chat with several pals in 2008.
According to TMZ, Paris played her pals one of the previously-unreleased songs, 'Hold My Hand', and one of her friends asked why the vocals didn't sound like her father.
She then responded saying sound-alike Jason Malachi had stepped in instead.
She told pals: "It's not him ... the whole album isn't even him!! Go online ... go on YouTube and look up Jason Malachi. That's him!!
"I should know if it's him or not because he would sing to me all the time."
A recording of the message is reportedly being offered to various media outlets and offers for the footage are said to be "on the table".
It had previously been claimed that Jason was the vocalist on the tracks, but both the singer and record label Sony denied the allegations.
