Lauren Goodger hates the idea that the attack on her Essex shop was "personal".

The 'Only Way is Essex' star's new shop Lauren's Way was firebombed by thugs just a day after it opened last week, and the 25-year-old beauty admits she has been upset to think it would be done by someone with a vendetta against her.

She said: "Do I think it's personal? I hate to think that it is, but the shop windows were egged the night before and the window cracked. I just put it down to silly kids. But this looks like a deliberate attempt to burn my shop down.

"It's just so strange, as I've never encountered any aggression or horrible feelings towards me in public. You don't expect people to actually do anything."

Although the shop has now re-opened to the public, Lauren admitted she is afraid to return to the salon on her own or at night for fear she would be targeted once again.

She added in an interview with heat magazine: "I don't think I would go there on my own at night in the dark. I don't want to be, but I am worried it could happen again."
