Heidi Range thinks she's "lucky" to be taking part in 'Dancing On Ice'.
The Sugababes singer - who split from fiance Dave Berry in December after eight years together - is pleased to have something so "positive" in her life to take her mind off the breakdown of her relationship.
She explained: "Dave and I speak all the time and we'll always be friends.
"Doing the show has been great. It's something really positive in my life and I feel lucky to be doing this and having such a good time."
However, the 28-year-old star admitted appearing on the ITV1 show is "mentally draining", and the daredevil moves she has to perform with professional skating partner Andrei Lipanov have her running to the toilet to "throw up".
Heidi added in an interview with Closer magazine: "It's full on and, while it's physically exhausting, it's mentally draining too because I'm such a scaredy cat by nature.
"When we did one lift for the first time on the ice, I was so scared I had to run to the toilet because I thought I was going to throw up."
