David Walliams is playing matchmaker to his 'Britain's Got Talent' co-judge Alesha Dixon.
The 40-year-old funnyman - who joins Alesha, Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden on the panel of the ITV1 show - asked one 21-year-old hopeful if he was single, and claimed the brunette beauty is "looking for love".
When told by the wannabe that he was a taken man, David replied: "That's a shame. I'm not asking for myself, I'm asking for Alesha. Her face lit up when you walked into the room. She's single and looking for love."
Last month, David and Simon upset Alesha by handing her room number out to an aspiring rapper who was auditioning for the show.
After the hopeful appeared on stage, Simon told him: "Alesha's staying at St David's Hotel, Room 511."
David added: "She will be back there and waiting for you about midnight."
But unimpressed Alesha angrily replied: "This isn't a blind date. I'm here to judge talent, not find it for myself."
However, this isn't the only flirting that has been going on, as Simon and Carmen Electra - who is currently standing in for Amanda Holden until she returns to the panel from maternity leave - have reportedly been annoying David and Alesha with their saucy antics.
A source recently said: "Everyone was stunned when Carmen turned up. But it's become increasingly obvious why Simon booked Carmen. As Tuesday's auditions wore on, they were inseparable.
"It was embarrassing the way they were all over each other. They were play-hitting each other like awkward teenagers."
