Amanda Holden's "life is complete" following the birth of her second daughter.
The 'Britain's Got Talent' judge has finally been discharged from hospital following the traumatic birth last Monday (23.02.12) - which left her in a critical condition for three days - but Amanda has told pals she has never been happier.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Despite the trauma she has been through she has never been happier and feels now her life and her family is complete. It has been a tough few weeks but Amanda is looking forward to some quality time with her family.
"She has been inundated with messages of support, cards and presents from the public. It has helped to give her strength and been a real boost as she fought back from a critical condition."
The 40-year-old star gave birth to 6.1lbs Hollie Rose by emergency caesarean section after going into labour a month early.
She is now expected to take time to rest at home with Hollie, six-year-old daughter Lexi and husband Chris Hughes before returning to work for the 'Britain's Got Talent' live shows in April.
A spokesperson for Amanda said in a statement yesterday (31.01.12): "We are delighted to say that Amanda is now home.
"She and Chris Hughes would like to thank everyone who was involved in her care for their amazing skill and dedication, and also to thank everyone who sent such kind thoughts and wishes during this time.
"She is, of course, thrilled to be home with her family - Hollie is absolutely beautiful. Amanda and Chris are completely besotted with their two girls."
