Jorgie Porter performs a "cheesy conga" to calm down when she gets "stressed" during training for 'Dancing On Ice'.
The 'Hollyoaks' actress - who is second favourite to win the ITV1 competition behind 'Emmerdale' star Matthew Wolfenden - and her professional skating partner Matt Evers do a "hilarious" carnival jig to keep her composed when she gets "tense".
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I was horrendous at the beginning, but it's helped that he has a good way of explaining things to me.
"If I get really tense or stressed about something he'll say, 'Come on, let's conga it out', and we'll do a little conga. He knows how to work me which is great. It'll be just the two of us doing a really cheesy conga, it's hilarious.
"Matt is a dream to work with, he's got so much patience. I get really stressed but he looks after me. He's a true gentleman and he helps me out so much. Sometimes he has to remind me that I haven't been skating for very long."
The 24-year-old beauty sees former 'X Factor' contestant Chico Slimani, Sugababes singer Heidi Range and Matthew as her biggest competition in the show, and she is feeling "under pressure" to succeed.
She added: "I feel under pressure being one of the favourites but you just don't know what's going to happen and I just want to enjoy it. But I'm loving it, it's so much fun.
"There's a lot of strong competition from Matthew, Chico and Heidi so it's going to be tough. I'm running on adrenaline. I think my body has just kicked into overload and I'm more hyper than I've ever been."
