Alesha Dixon upset by BGT blind date
Alesha Dixon was upset by Simon Cowell and David Walliams trying to set her up on a date with a 'Britain's Got Talent' hopeful who auditioned in Cardiff.
Alesha Dixon was upset after Simon Cowell and David Walliams trying to set her up on a date with a 'Britain's Got Talent' hopeful.
The reality TV judge was forced to change hotel rooms after her co-panellists told wannabe rapper Sacha where she was staying when he auditioned for the ITV1 show in Cardiff.
After the hopeful appeared on stage, Simon told him: "Alesha's staying at St David's Hotel, Room 511."
David added: "She will be back there and waiting for you about midnight."
But unimpresed Alesha angrily replied: "This isn't a blind date. I'm here to judge talent, not find it for myself."
The 33-year-old beauty was said to be "furious" at the behaviour of the cheeky duo.
A show source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Simon and David were being mischievous - it was like they wanted to make a point about her being single. But this guy was definitely not her type.
"She was furious with them for trying to set her up in such an embarrassing fashion. Having the whole of Cardiff knowing precisely where you are staying is not the best scenario from a personal safety point of view. She wasn't impressed."
Alesha has also admitted she is missing the show's fourth judge, Amanda Holden, who is still in hospital after the birth of baby Hollie Rose last week.
She explained: "I love Amanda to bits - I'm missing my partner in crime and can't wait for her to come back."
