Lauren Pope is to have her breast implants removed on the next series of 'The Only Way Is Essex'.
The 28-year-old beauty - who recently discovered she was one of the 40,000 women in the UK to have been fitted with French PIP implants that doctors believe could be dangerous - is reportedly set to go under the knife on the ITV2 reality show to have them taken out.
While medical tests confirmed the industrial-grade silicone implants do not cause cancer, Department of Health officials say they should not have been put in to the human body.
Lauren is now in the process of deciding what to do, but is believed to have given 'TOWIE' producers "the green light" for cameras to follow her throughout the process when the fourth series of the show hits screens on January 29, the Daily Star newspaper reports.
The DJ - whose ex-boyfriend and former 'TOWIE' co-star Kirk Norcross is currently appearing in 'Celebrity Big Brother' - has previously admitted she is facing a dilemma over whether to opt for a "major operation" to remove the implants or keep them in and hope for the best.
Lauren said in a 'Tonight' special on ITV1: "I thought, 'Oh my God, I'm going to have to have another boob job!'
"How can 40,000 women be in the same situation now, where we'll either not have an operation and keep them in us and think it might be fine? Or we have to have another major operation to get them taken out."
