'The Only Way Is Essex' is set to go back to basics.
Show bosses are thought to be keen to revert the ITV2 reality programme back to being about "normal people and their everyday lives" after some cast members started to think they were "big celebrities".
A source said: "Some of the old cast think they are big celebrities but that's not what the show is all about.
"We'll go back to what the series was meant to be, normal people and their everyday lives."
'TOWIE' is set to get 12 new faces, including current star James 'Arg' Argent's granny Nanny Brighton - who featured in the Christmas special - and property developer Georgina Dorsett.
The 24-year-old beauty - who is good friends with The Saturdays singers Rochelle Wiseman and Vanessa White, and has previously been romantically linked to JLS star Aston Merrygold - is expected to be a "breath of fresh air" when she appears in the show, due to her "down-to-earth" nature.
An insider added to the Daily Star newspaper: "Forget Amy Childs or Lauren Goodger - she's new, fresh and nothing like any of the Essex girls we've seen so far.
"You're more likely to see her in a pair of jeans than in a posh frock and high heels. She likes getting glammed up to go out but is incredibly down-to-earth.
"Georgina's going to be a breath of fresh air."
Earlier this week, Maria Fowler and Harry Derbidge announced they are leaving 'TOWIE', while Kirk Norcross and Amy Childs previously quit to star in 'Celebrity Big Brother' and Mark Wright left to do 'I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!'.
