UK to host IMPACT Wrestling

Weekly wrestling TV show 'TNA IMPACT Wrestling' is to be filmed live in the UK this month.
The weekly programme - which airs on Challenge TV, which is available on Virgin, Freeview and Sky - will be recorded at London's Wembley Arena on January 28 and it will be the first time the grappling show has been recorded outside of the US.
TNA President Dixie Carter said: "Big news for TNA. We will film IMPACT from Wembley Arena in London on January 28! Cannot tell you how excited I am! More details will be announced next week. You will not want to miss this special night."
The deal has just been signed off by Dixie, Challenge TV and Spike - the show's US broadcaster - and full details of the matches and transmission dates will be released next week.
The show is part of the Maximum IMPACT Tour which comes to the UK on Thursday January 26 at the Nottingham Capital FM Arena before heading to the Manchester MEN Arena on Friday (27.01.12) and then to the capital on Saturday night.
'IMPACT Wrestling' is home to some of the biggest names in the sport, including Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Sting, Kurt Angle, Mr. Anderson and Bobby Roode - the current TNA World Champion.
