Cheryl Cole is set to land her own talk show.

The 'Parachute' hitmaker - who was sacked as a judge on the US 'X Factor' after just a few days on the panel and declined an offer to return to the UK programme - has reportedly been offered a deal with Channel 4 to front a late-night magazine-style format featuring celebrity guests and fashion news.

A source told Star magazine: "They know she'll be a massive ratings winner and is the perfect fit to pull in amazing guests."

However, Cheryl is said to be in no hurry to sign a deal for the show - which is provisionally titled 'Late Night with Cheryl' - as she has been inundated with work offers, including several movies and musical collaborations overseas, and also wants to focus on reuniting with her Girls Aloud bandmates Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts, Kimberley Walsh and Nadine Coyle for the group's tenth anniversary.

The insider added: "There have been a few film roles and scripts sent to her from Hollywood that are being considered.

"She's being hankered after to work on new music with US acts like Nicki Minaj, thanks to their mutual friend will.i.am. But Cheryl's main concerns in 2012 are her family, solo work and the reunion with Girls Aloud - will.i.am has tons of ideas for them."
