Tulisa Contostavlos wants to manage Little Mix.
The 'X Factor' judge - who mentored the group to success on the ITV1 show - explained she will "always be there" for Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards, and hopes to continue to advise the girls throughout their career.
She said on ITV2 spin-off show: "I'm not qualified enough to manage them. I would manage them if I was allowed to but I guess that's not how it works.
"I'm a mentor and I'm still going to be their mentor now that the show is finished. I'm always going to be there for them.
"I'll get involved as much as I can and as much as the label want me to be involved. We'll just go with the flow and give as much advice and help as I physically can."
The girl group - who beat runner-up Marcus Collins to the 'X Factor' crown last weekend - are believed to rake in a staggering £8 million in commercial deals, as well as their £150,000 record deal advance from show boss Simon Cowell.
An insider recently said: "Offers have been coming in for weeks now. People in marketing spend their lives looking for suitable role models. Little Mix are the full package. The trick will be knowing what to turn down."
