Marcus Collins will dedicate his duet with Gary Barlow on Saturday night's 'X Factor' (10.12.11) to his mother.
The wannabe singer will perform with his mentor during the first part of this year's final of the ITV1 talent show and he wants to thank mum Tracy for all the support she has given him.
Gary said: "On Saturday night we're going to sing a Billy Joel classic together - 'Always A Woman' - and I know Marcus is going to dedicate it to his mum, which I think is amazing. I know she's been an unbelievable support in his life and it's going to be an emotional evening. We're really looking forward to it.
"The way Marcus has grown through the competition is amazing. He's been an absolute pleasure to work with."
As well as Gary performing with Marcus, fellow judges Tulisa Contostavlos and Kelly Rowland will also sing with their acts - Little Mix and Amelia Lily respectively.
Tulisa says she's looking forward to her duet with her girls and can't wait to be part of the group for the night.
She said: "I can't want to be in Little Mix, I just hope I don't let them down!"
The N-Dubz star is hoping the girls emerge victorious as it will be the first time a group has won in the history of the show.
The 23-year-old singer said: "A group's never won this competition before, and a girl group has never got this far, and I'm the youngest judge and it's my first year and I want to change 'X Factor' history."
The final takes place over this weekend and will be held at Wembley Arena in front of 10,000 fans. One act will be eliminated on Saturday before the winner is crowned on Sunday (11.12.11).
