Emmerdale's Mark Charnock and Dominic Brunt think they've been ''black-listed'' from all future series of 'Strictly Come Dancing' after performing a cringe-worthy routine for new DVD 'Paddy and Marlon's Big Night In'
Emmerdale's Mark Charnock and Dominic Brunt think they've been "black-listed" from 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The co-stars - who play Marlon Dingle and Paddy Kirk respectively in the ITV1 soap - admitted after having to perform a cringe-worthy routine for new DVD 'Paddy and Marlon's Big Night In', they don't think they'll be invited on the BBC One celebrity dance contest anytime soon.
Mark told BANG Showbiz: "I think we've got a black mark against our names for all future series of 'Strictly Come Dancing' after that."
While the pair didn't have long to perfect their moves for the new feature-length DVD - which sees them embark on a wild night out with disastrous consequences - Mark praised Dominic's breakdancing skills as "immense".
He explained: "We had a choreographer but we didn't have very long to perfect the moves because of our shooting schedule. We had about five hours to rehearse and it was quite stressful. I'm not going to lie, I didn't enjoy it massively. But Dominic's breakdancing was immense."
Dominic added: "About 13 years and three stone ago I was actually pretty good."
Feature-length 'Emmerdale' DVD 'Paddy and Marlon's Big Night In' is available to buy from today (14.11.11).
