Warwick Davis praises Ricky's kick

Warwick Davis thinks being kneed in the face by Ricky Gervais was a "great career move".
The diminutive actor - who appears in the 'Office' creator's new BBC Two comedy 'Life's Too Short' - admitted performing the stunt was an "honour" as he and Ricky have been working alongside each other ever since.
He said: "It turned out to be a great career move so I don't hold grudges. One day, Ricky phoned me out of the blue, and when he introduced himself I went, 'Oh yeah!' I thought it was a mate winding me up. That made Ricky laugh, and he has such a distinctive laugh that I realised it was him.
"He asked if I'd be up for an episode of 'Extras' which would culminate in him accidentally kneeing me in the face. I said, 'It would be an honour'. I'm a big fan of his and we've been working together ever since."
Warwick also revealed Ricky takes a "delight" in seeing him in fancy dress, and even made him dress up in a Kermit the Frog outfit during the making of 'Life's Too Short'.
He added in an interview with Reveal magazine: "Saying no to Ricky is like saying no to a small child. If you look dubious, he'll go, 'Oh please!' He takes such a delight in seeing me dress up, I'd feel mean.
"We had a lot of fun filming 'Life's Too Short' and one day we chatted about how much we like 'The Muppets'. I saw a glint in Ricky's eye and the next thing I knew, he'd had a frog outfit made for me."
