Gary Barlow thinks Louis Walsh "doesn't care" about his 'X Factor' contestants.
The Take That singer - who is mentoring Frankie Cocozza, Marcus Collins and Craig Colton in this year's competition - has only seen the Irish star at the Hertfordshire home the remaining hopefuls share on one occasion.
Gary said: "I think I have seen him once at the house with the contestants. He is in Dublin all week. He doesn't really care.
"For someone who's been there for eight years, he's got some pretty bad habits. Louis' song choices are the biggest worry for his acts."
However, Gary has nothing but praise for fellow judge Tulisa Contostavlos, as he thinks she has a "real eye for talent" after putting together The Risk and Little Mix - her remaining acts - at the boot camp stage of the competition.
He added in an interview with heat magazine: "Tulisa is brilliant. To come onto the panel as a complete beginner and put those groups together like she did, shows a real eye for talent.
"I hope one of her groups gets through to the final few. They're very lucky to have her - she spends a lot of time and energy on them."
