Tulisa Contostavlos 'keeps distance' from groups
Tulisa Contostavlos is keeping her ''distance'' from her 'X Factor' hopefuls Rhythmix and The Risk after being struck down with the flu
Tulisa Contostavlos is keeping her "distance" from her 'X Factor' hopefuls after being struck down with the flu.
The N-Dubz singer - who is mentoring boyband The Risk and girl group Rhythmix on the ITV1 show - is staying away from the budding contestants to ensure she doesn't pass on her bug to them ahead of tomorrow night's (22.10.11) rock-themed episode.
Writing on her twitter page, Tulisa said: "Uh oh..I feel a flu coming on, better keep my distance from the guys, don't wana make them sick! Damn immune system! (sic)"
Meanwhile, Rhythmix - made up of Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Perrie Edwards and Jade Thirlwall - have admitted they are working extra hard to perfect their rocky routine, which is a departure from their usual urban style.
They tweeted: "A very long day of rehearsals ahead of ourselves we wanna get it perfect. (sic)"
This comes after show bosses changed the show's theme from Heroes to Rock at the last minute in a bid to "spice things up" for viewers.
A source said: "Producers wanted to spice things up a bit for viewers and they thought the return of Rock Week would provide plenty of drama. It will challenge some of the acts, who have had an easy ride so far."
