'Doctor Who' monsters The Peg Dolls have been spotted in a London park ahead of their unveiling at the 'Doctor Who Experience' attraction.

'Doctor Who' monsters have invaded London.

The creepy Peg Dolls - which appeared in the episode 'Night Terrors' - were spotted at Brook Green Children's Playground in the capital yesterday (19.10.11) eerily riding on the seesaw in the middle of the night.

The monsters stopped off at the playground on their way to their new home at the 'Doctor Who Experience' at London's Olympia where they will be joining the Time Lord's other adversaries in the exhibition section of the attraction in time for half-term week and Halloween weekend.

'Doctor Who' fans can get be taught how to "walk like a monster" by the BBC show's choreographer Ailsa Berk on Friday October 28, and entry is free for children dressed as a character from the series accompanied by a paying adult.

Ailsa masterminded the movements of the dolls and admits there wooden bodies presented her with a unique challenge.

She said: "The dolls were very interesting. Because dolls always have that strong creepy imagery and people think dolls are frightening.

These were wooden dolls and I wanted them to tilt their heads at the other characters to make them really scary."

On Saturday (29.10.11) face painters will be at the attraction to transform youngsters into the Time Lord's deadliest foes, while on Sunday (30.10.11) the exhibition will be invaded by the Cybermen and the Scarecrows.

The attraction features a unique walk-through which lets people 'step through' a crack in time and join The Doctor as his companion for a 3-D adventure and Matt Smith - who plays the Eleventh Doctor - recorded a number of new and exclusive scenes for the ride.

The exhibition celebrates the show's incredible history from its first series in 1963 up until this year's run.

It features a host of monsters, props and costumes, including the TARDIS that Tenth Doctor David Tennant piloted, outfits worn by all eleven Doctors and various companions, different generations of Daleks, a Zygon alien and the Silence.
