Kitty Brucknell will be taking a "huge risk" with her performance on tomorrow night's (15.10.11) 'X Factor'.
The controversial hopeful - who was booed by audience members during last weekend's results show - plans to shock viewers with "something that's never been done before" in the ITV1 competition, and she is hoping her gamble pays off.
She said in her official 'X Factor' video diary: "The next performance is something that's never been done before and a song that's never been sung before.
"It's a huge risk. More of a risk than Queen. It's got a lot of scope for theatricality."
The 26-year-old singer - who performed as a Britney Spears tribute act prior to entering 'The X Factor' - also hinted she could be paying homage to her idol, admitting fans of the 'Womanizer' hitmaker will enjoy her song choice this weekend.
Answering a fan's question on her twitter page about her upcoming performance, Kitty said: "You will have to wait and see :-) I think Britney fans will like it though. (sic)"
Elsewhere, Sami Brookes - who joins Kitty in the over-25s category - explained she is "playing mum" to 16-year-old Janet Devlin in the wake of her grandfather's shock death on Wednesday (12.10.11).
She tweeted: "I just love JANET D so much I have to look after all theses gals I love playing mum. (sic)"
