Cheryl Cole is set to host a new Channel 4 fashion show.
The Girls Aloud beauty - who was recently linked to a role on new BBC One talent show 'The Voice' - is set to move on from her US 'X Factor' firing earlier this year by fronting the new programme, which would see her go behind the scenes of the clothing industry.
An insider told The Sun newspaper: "Cheryl is hugely passionate about fashion - it's the thing she loves most after music.
"Channel 4 is working with her on a variety of ideas as what she's interested in doing is something with a bit more depth to it than just a frivolous fashion show.
"A lot of people only see Cheryl as a pop star who had a stint on 'The X Factor' - but she has more strings to her bow and is raring to make a comeback."
A Channel 4 source added: "We are talking to Cheryl about working together but it's early days."
The Geordie singer - who was axed from the US 'X Factor' by Simon Cowell earlier this year and subsequently turned down a position on the UK version - recently snubbed an offer to appear on the judging panel of 'Britain's Got Talent', as she thought it was a "massive joke".
An insider recently said: "There's no way she will do 'Britain's Got Talent'. She thinks it's all a massive joke. Why on earth would she do that show when she turned down 'The X Factor'?"
