Gemma Collins is prepared to allow Mick Norcross and Maria Fowler to find "eternal love".

The 'Only Way Is Essex' star - who was left heartbroken at the end of series two when the 48-year-old nightclub owner rejected her advances - admitted while she would be "the happiest girl in the world" if Mick fell in love with her, she wishes him well in his new romance with the 25-year-old beauty.

Gemma exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "If Mick suddenly fell in love with me I would be the happiest girl in the world. But I don't see it happening, so I just have to park that one there.

"If Maria and Mick got together and were really happy then I would be happy for them. I'm not one of these crazy people who think, 'That should be me'. If they're meant to be together then I wish them well.

"If it means taking a step back and letting them have eternal love than so be it. I hope it doesn't happen, though."

Despite Gemma giving her blessing to Maria and Mick - who arranged their first date on last night's (02.10.11) episode of 'TOWIE' - the bubbly brunette explained she will always have a "crush" on her co-star.

Speaking at the launch of 'The Only Way Is Essex' series two DVD at HMV in London's Westfield Stratford City last week, she added: "He's just such a perfect gentleman. I'll always have a little bit of a crush on him, but I'm not feeling the love back.

"Obviously he's got to do what he's got to do in his life, but he'll never be out in the cold. I'll always open my door to Mick Norcross. I've got to leave romance up to fate."

'The Only Way is Essex' Series 2 and the Series 1 and 2 Box set is out to own now!
