Emily Head won't return to Magaluf
Emily Head has revealed the cast of 'The Inbetweeners Movie' stayed in a horrible hotel when they filmed scenes in Magaluf
Emily Head has vowed to "never" return to Magaluf after filming 'The Inbetweeners Movie' there.
The 22-year-old actress - who stars as Carli D'Amato in the E4 comedy show - revealed the cast stayed in a £7.50-a-night hotel with no locks on the toilet doors when they shot the motion picture, which has put her off ever going back to the holiday resort on the Spanish island of Majorca.
She said: "I'd never go back to Magaluf! We filmed the movie there and the hotel we were staying in cost £7.50 a night.
"All the floors were wipe-clean and none of the bathrooms had any locks, presumably because people pass out in them. And the walls were so thick, you could hear everything.
"As for food, there was Mr Pizza Burger and things covered in gravy."
Emily - whose dad is 'Little Britain' star Anthony Head - explained she did not want to let her grandparents know the name of the crude sitcom when she was cast in the role.
She explained to Reveal magazine: "When I got the job, I didn't want my grandparents to see it, so much so that I wouldn't tell them the name of the show, but my dad did!
"So they watched an episode on a plane and said to me afterwards, 'They swear a lot don't they? You were very good.' Nothing else was mentioned."
