Mark Wright will always love Lauren
'The Only Way is Essex' hunk Mark Wright says he will ''never get over'' breaking up with ex-fiancee and co-star Lauren Goodger
Mark Wright has revealed he will "never get over" ex-fiancee Lauren Goodger.
'The Only Way is Essex' hunk has been "very depressed" since the break-up in August which brought a definite end to their 10-year on/off relationship, and he still regards her as his true love.
He said: "I'll never get over Lauren. People think, 'He can get any girl he wants,' but Lauren's the girl I love.
"To lose her and know this is it, I'm very depressed. My best friend has stayed at my house every night since the split because I can't be alone. We've loved each other for 10 years and she'll probably always be the love of my life. But this time it's done."
Since the separation, the 24-year-old club promoter has pleaded with Lauren to stop trying to ruin his reputation.
He added to Now magazine: "Lauren's made me look bad by standing two yards from the paparazzi crying. She's doing her utmost to ruin my reputation and it's a very nasty thing to do.
"I texted her, 'Please stop now, let me just move on, stop hurting me more.' "
The pair - who got engaged in an episode of the last series of 'TOWIE' - broke up after Lauren allegedly cheated on him by kissing another man in London nightclub Aura, and Mark has claimed she admitted to him that she had been flirting with the mystery hunk.
He said: "I've heard from eight million people that she cheated. Half said she kissed the guy. Everyone said she wasn't acting like a fiancee.
"I asked Lauren, 'Were you flirting?' She said, 'Yes, it seemed like our relationship was on the rocks and my head's a bit messed up.' "
