The 'Strictly Come Dancing' celebrity contestants and their professional dance partners have been revealed for the first time

'Strictly Come Dancing's Holly Valance will be partnered by last year's winner Artem Chigvinsev.

The former 'Neighbours' star will join forces with the professional dancer who won the BBC One show last year with 'EastEnders' Kara Tointon, who is he is now dating.

Upon hearing the pairing on last night's (10.09.11) show, host Bruce Forsyth quipped: "Holly, if you feel two holes burning in the back of your head, it's Kara Tointon's eyes. So be careful! Be very, very careful."

While Holly was happy with her partner, Scottish singer Lulu admitted she was "shocked" to be paired with Brendan Cole because of the huge difference in their heights.

She explained: "It wasn't horror - it was shock. I was completely stunned to get Brendan because he's the tallest dancer and I'm the smallest celebrity. We didn't think we'd be paired together in a million years."

However Brendan was thrilled and can't wait to get started on their routines.

He said: "When I saw her in rehearsal, I thought, 'This woman's amazing'. She's hitting all her shapes, she's a firecracker.

"The things I'm going to be able to do with her will be incredible!

"When Lulu walked into the room I thought, 'Wow, that girl is going to be in this competition until the very end'."

Other pairings include impressionist Rory Bremner and Erin Boag, lawyer Nancy Dell'Ollio and Anton Du Beke, footballer Robbie Savage and Ola Jordan while Former MP Edwina Curry was partnered with Vincent Simone.

Jason Donovan has teamed up with Kristina Rihanoff, 'One Show' host Alex Jones will be working with James Jordan, Russell Grant will dance with Flavia Cacace, Audley Harrison with Natalie Lowe and McFly drummer Harry Judd was paired with Aliona Vilani.

'Daybreak' reporter Dan Lobb, Anita Dobson and 'Waterloo Road's Chelsee Healey were partnered with in Katya Virshilas, Robin Windsor and new dancer Pasha Kovalev respectively.

The couples will make their debuts on September 30 and October 1.
